Store Media

Media is where you can upload any images you want and can use them for anything that includes an image on your store (product image, favicon, store banner, store logo etc). Media can be found in the left sidebar with a picture icon. The sidebar will always be displayed on your screen no matter where you are in the portal after you have selected an organisation.

To upload an image select the media icon and in the top right corner click the ‘Upload new’ button. This will take you to a text box where you can name your image. After you have chosen a name, you can then upload an image by either dragging and dropping in the box, or double clicking the box and it will then bring up your file explorer. After you have done that, click the ‘Upload’ button in the bottom right and your image will be uploaded.
